BRIEF

Management of the JVC stand at the IBC industry tradeshow, including stand planning, designing graphics and banners, writing PR, organising the press conference, writing and designing brochures and organising customer/reseller events.

DESIGN

We were involved in all aspects of JVC’s presence at the IBC event, from initial plans and meetings through to creating stand graphics, signage and product literature. This was a huge project, requiring a combination of product knowledge and design skills at every turn. The JVC message was incorporated throughout the event, from the 48-page mini product guide to the huge 17m-wide banner on the outside of the building. We also managed the press for the event, hosting a successful press conference to announce the latest news.

RESULTS

With an excellent working relationship with JVC, Brill Media fully understands its products and markets. Managing the largest event of the year requires plenty of planning, especially with the large amount of creative content required, but it was a very successful event.
